Mangia Marzolini Law Firm: legal assistance at special rates for consortium members

CEPI – Consorzio Esportatori Piacentini has signed an agreement with the Mangia – Marzolini Law Firm based in Fiorenzuola d’Arda, providing legal assistance and advisory services at highly advantageous rates for member companies.

The firm will provide support in various areas of interest for companies active in international markets, including:

• international contracting (also available in English);
• strategic and corporate consulting;
• procurement and tenders, including international bidding;
• employment law;
• opening and developing foreign branches;
• support in defining commercial strategies and international sales channels.

Exclusive conditions for CEPI members:

• Free initial consultation, either in person or remotely, to present corporate inquiries.
• A 15% discount on fees compared to ministerial parameters for out-of-court activities (depending on the type of assignment).
• A 15% discount also applies to any eventual in-court activities.
• ADR “A domanda rispondo” (Q&A) Service: a direct channel for quick questions, managed through CEPI.
• Opportunity to interface with foreign professionals and support in coordinating with other Consortium consultants (tax advisors, customs experts, etc.).
