Organization of fairs, missions, incoming

Planning and organizing participations to international exhibitions, business missions or buyers incoming involves the management of various activities that are a heavy burden for SMEs due to the small size of the SME personnel:

  • booking of the exhibition area, showroom or booths necessary for meetings,
  • registration of the company in the catalog or in the dedicated web spaces,
  • promotional activities dedicated to the event and participation in advertising campaigns,
  • search for partners, interlocutors, potential customers,
  • management of travel and accommodation logistics,
  • research and management of staff for the stand supervision, interpreting services and / or visitor reception,
  • localization of marketing material for the target country (language, communication style, reference regulations),
  • international payments with non-eu countries or on black lists,
  • transport of materials for trade fairs, showrooms and B2B meetings,
  • post-mission / fair / incoming follow-up activities,

CEPI offers its consortium members all the support for the management of these activities, as well as precise information on each event, coordinating collective participations and requesting, where possible, concessions and contributions to reduce the participation costs of companies.
